Today many important decisions are made remotely. Between travel, busy schedules, distance, and logistics, its not always realistic to personally walk every space before making a comitment. We often rely on websites, photos, videos, and shared information to help paint the picture- but some things are best understood through real-world perspective.
That idea became especially personal while planning my own wedding. I got married in a gorgeous restaurant in Melbourne, Florida. The space had a unique layout and flow that couldn't have been fully understood through photos alone. The space was beautiful but experiencing it in person gave a completely different understanding of how the evening would actually move, feel, and function for guests.
That experience reinforced something I had already spent years noticing throughout hospitality, aviation, and operations: spaces are experienced different in real life than they are online.
SeenIRL was created to bridge the gap by providing an unbiased, in-person perspective on how spaces actually feel and function before the important decisions are made.
The goal isn't to replace experiencing a space yourself. Its to provide an added layer of clarity, confidence, and perspective when being there in person isn't possible or practical.
Because some desicions deserve more than just a screen.

My background ranges from hospitality operations, aviation, events, and guest-facing environments - experiences that have shaped the way I evaluate how spaces function and are experienced in real life.

My background ranges from hospitality operations, aviation, events, and guest-facing environments - experiences that have shaped the way I evaluate how spaces function and are experienced in real life.
For over 13 years, I've worked in industries where presentation, flow, timing, cleanliness, logistics and guest experience directly impact how an environment is perceived and how smoothly is functions.
My background in aviation especially shaped the way i understand movement, flow and real world logistics. Working as a flight attendant required constant awareness of how multiple moving pieces came together in real time- from timing and coordination to navigation, guest experience, accessibility, and adapting quickly with constantly changing environments.
That perspective naturally carried into the way I observe spaces today. I pay close attention to how people move through environments, how spaces function under real use, and how details that can significantly impact the overall experience. Combined with years of experience in hospitality and events, these experiences shaped the perspective behind SeenIRL: a hospitality-trained lens focused not just on how a space looks, but how it truly works in practice.

After spending nearly 20 years traveling and exploring throughout the Keys, it is an area I know extremely well and feel genuinely drawn to helping clients navigate.
Each island offers different atmospheres and experiences and understanding them can make a big impact when selecting a location that aligns with the kind of experience you're looking for.

SeenIRL is currently based in Florida and primarily serves Central Florida, the Space Coast, and surrounding regions.
For locations within the service area, walkthroughs and evaluations are billed at an hourly rate with a two-hour minimum.
For locations outside of the primary service area, projects are available on a custom quote basis. This includes travel considerations and will be determined based on distance, time, and project scope.
